CHECK IN AND OUT:
Your room will be delivered to you from noon;
if you wish or should arrive earlier in Bibione, we can still make the paperwork and give you your place on the beach. Leave your luggage with us and start immediately your holiday!
The check-out time, the day of departure, is before 10:00 am.
I remind you that with the check-out end all the hotel services such as parking, beach and the use of bicycles.

CONCIERGE SERVICE:
The hotel lobby is always open, even if you come back late at night; there is our night porter who watches over your peaceful sleep!

LOCATION
Our Hotel President, is in the heart of Bibione, exactly 200 meters from the sea, 500 meters from the Bibione Terme and 30 meters from the center. You can forget where you park your car and move on foot throughout your stay.

PARKING
The Hotel President has 2 parking spaces, one near the hotel, the other is located at a distance of 500 meters.
It is not possible to book a place in one of the two specific car parks, because they are filled according to the needs and timing of our guests' arrival.
We remind you, that the use of the car park is a free benefit for those who book directly with us via email, telephone or hotel website, while for bookings arriving from other channels it costs Euro 5,00 per stay.
Take advantage of it by booking directly!

TRANSPORT
The nearest train station is Latisana.
The ATVO bus company offers, in addition to the urban lines and to reach the neighboring countries, a transfer service to and from the airports of Venice and Treviso. The summer timetable is already available. In Bibione there is also a stop for the Flixbus routes, more convenient than this!

TIMETABLES AND RESTAURANT SERVICE
Enjoy your breakfast buffet from 7.30 am to 10.00 am. A wide choice of sweet and savoury, local and international typical products awaits you, we have something for every taste. All desserts and cookies are homemade.
For lunch we wait for you from 12.30 to 13.30, dinner from 19.00 to 20.00.
Every day you will find a rich buffet of vegetables, both services are served, you just have to sit at the table and the rest we take care of.


A LA CARTE RESTAURANT
If you stay with us and you have chosen only breakfast as a treatment, don't worry, you have the possibility to add to your holiday both lunch and dinner a la carte.
We are sure we will not disappoint your culinary expectations, our cook is really good! Can't you smell the smell coming out of the kitchen already?

MEALS
This is a question we are often asked, but it is right to communicate it well, meals not used will not be deducted from the price of half board or full board packages.
If you choose half board instead, I remind you that you have the possibility every day to choose whether to stay with us for lunch or dinner, do not forget to inform the reception!

ADDITIONAL MEALS
As I told you above, if you have not chosen half board or full board at the time of booking, but would like to try our cuisine, you are welcome, these are the prices reserved for you:

20,00 euro per person for a single meal (excluding drinks), both lunch and dinner.
14,00 euros per person (excluding drinks), both at lunch and dinner, for an extended period, if you decide to use the restaurant service for several days.

MOTHERS AND CHILDREN
From this year in the hotel we have a novelty that will surely be very appreciated by all mothers. We have set up a corner in the living room, where you can comfortably prepare and warm up baby food or milk for your newborn.
Cots, high chairs, pushchairs and baby bath tubs are always available in the hotel. There are also seats for bicycles. So you don't have to bring everything from home!

ROOMS AND SEA VIEW
Our standard rooms are arranged on the side of the hotel, you won't see the sea directly from here, but they have a small private balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the sea breeze, don't you feel the air caressing your face?
On the 4th floor, you will find our single rooms, but with a French bed, you will surely find them more comfortable. They are ideal for a parent travelling with their child, or for those who travel alone and want to treat themselves to some relaxation. They all overlook a large terrace with benches that also act as room-to-room dividers.
There are also a limited number of rooms, with a larger balcony overlooking the side of the hotel towards the sea. Not in all of them, however, you can admire the beach on the horizon. If you think this room is right for you, call us, do you want to know if there is one left for you?

TV
In addition to the Italian channels you can also see the German and English language channels. They are usually found after channel 400 or after channel 800, depending on the TV model.

WI-FI
The whole structure is covered by Wi-Fi signal, you can surf in complete freedom, and so you won't finish your Giga!
If you experience signal problems, please inform the reception. Sometimes, as in your own home, we just need to reactivate the router on the floor!

AIR CONDITIONING
In every room you will find the remote control for the air conditioning. The use is free, we recommend you to operate it from a temperature of 23/24 degrees and then to lower temperatures.
From 08.00 to 12.30 in the morning the air conditioning is not active, to allow our staff to clean your room in homogeneous temperature conditions.
Should you find any malfunction, please notify the reception or one of our staff to allow us to intervene as soon as possible.

SAFE
Inside your closet, you'll find the safe at your disposal.
The key is already in the keyhole, you don't need to ask for it.
Remember to pick up all your personal belongings before you leave and leave the key in the patch, so it will be ready for the new guest.

BAR
Our bar service is open from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., you understand, practically from when you get up to when you go to sleep, we will be happy to pamper you. Treat yourself to a snack on our beautiful veranda, at the bar or how about an aperitif by the pool?

POOL
Our swimming pool has a uniform depth of 1,60 mt. It is open from the morning at 7:30 to 19:30, is not manned by the lifeguard service because by law is not provided.
Remember, that in the hours, immediately after lunch, some guests are used to rest, please do not create too much noise and for this, we thank you!

BEACH
All our treatments include beach service!
Upon check-in you will be given a card to take to the beach, with the identification number of your place, and you will have a beach umbrella and two sunbeds available for the whole holiday.
Our sector is Aries C.

SEA TOWELS
We know how many things you have to remember to bring on holiday and especially how much place beach towels occupy! Take your mind off it, for the whole stay, we'll rent it for you!
At the reception, ask for your beach towel, the cost for the rental is Euro 4,00, when you want you can always change it with a fresh one!

BICYCLES AND BIKE PATH
Bicycles are at your disposal in the hotel and we have bicycles for all tastes, with seats for the little ones and bicycles for children and teenagers. Simply ask at the reception desk for the keys to the lock and sign the register.
In Bibione there are many bike routes, such as the promenade that connects the lighthouse to the port Baseleghe.

MINI VAN
For families with children we have a great news: the mini van!
You can rent it at a cost of 10,00 euro for an hour and a half. Children love it. Ask us for all the information at the time of booking or during your stay.

ANIMALS
Although we love our PET friends very much, unfortunately, we can't take them in. We are sure they will be better off at home rather than locked in a hotel.

To confirm your booking you can proceed in two ways: either by paying a deposit by bank transfer, or you will be asked for a credit card number as guarantee. You can then choose the most convenient way for you.
In case you want to choose the card, a pre-authorization will be made on it for a value corresponding to 30% of the booking amount (according to our cancellation policy, corresponding to the cancellation fee).
You will be able to pay for your stay, then, directly at the hotel the day before your departure, this to facilitate our work and at the same time, lighten your departure day which is always a bit hectic, we know!

PAYMENT METHODS
For the total balance the following payment methods are accepted: cash, ATM, credit/debit card.
We do not accept payments by cheque or American Express card.

TOURIST TAX
For the overnight stay in Bibione there is the tourist tax, equal to 1,05 euro per day per person, up to a maximum of 10 days.
Children under 4 years old and disabled people are exempted from the city tax.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
We are very sorry to receive cancellations, but we know this can happen; you can cancel for free up to 14 days before your arrival date.
In case of cancellation after this deadline, or in case of No show, you will be charged 30% of the amount of the entire holiday for each cancelled room on the credit card you left as guarantee.
In case you leave before the scheduled date, you will be charged the price of the room only for a maximum of three days, no deduction is made for meals not consumed.

MARKET
The market in Bibione is on Tuesday morning at the “Luna park” area. Not to be missed at all!
We advise you to go there early in the morning, before the sun gets too hot.

OUR TIPS TO EAT
At the first place of course our restaurant, where every day we offer fresh meat and fish dishes, but if you really want to go out, we will gladly give you some advice.
If you love pasta and pizza, don't miss it:
- Atmosphera Restaurant in Piazza Treviso, one of the most fashionable places in Bibione;
- Pizzeria Amore, at the end of Corso Aurora;
Both also offer dough for celiac sufferers.
A good fish dish, you can eat it from:
- Blu Marino, Via Marte 29;
- Primo Amore, always in Corso Aurora, the pedestrian street of Bibione;
If you prefer meat instead of fish, you'll find what you're looking for:
- Havana, Via Baseleghe 2, a place away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, where there's often live music;
- From Gigi Marchetto, Via Casa Bianca 130, reachable by car, is located on the road that connects Bibione to Lignano Sabbiadoro;
For those who want a really special dinner, maybe for a romantic occasion:
- Alla Rosa, Via Stefano Falcomer 6, fish, desserts and fried zucchini;
- Ai Casoni Restaurant, Viale della Laguna 14.

And to finish your date, we recommend these ice cream parlors:
- Il re del gelato;
- Chocolat;
- Croccantino, they are all located along the pedestrian street of Bibione.

TOURS (Palmanova, Venice, Trieste, Portogruaro)
Bibione is not a city famous only for the sea, but it is in a strategic position to reach beautiful places where you can build memories to keep in your heart.
Palmanova, the star-shaped city, 50 km away from Bibione.
Venice, the city to see at least once in a lifetime is only 90 km away. Why not take the opportunity?
Trieste, 85 km away, is a city of silent charm that will win you over.
Portogruaro is a treasure to be discovered: crossed by the river Lemene, it offers at every corner wonderful views that reveal similarities with its neighbour and companion Venice.
